Project background:

Data show that in the next few years, office buildings, flats, hotels, convention and exhibition centres and other large public buildings will increase dramatically, before 2020 China will add about 1 billion m ² of large public buildings. About 90% of China's large public buildings are typical of large energy-consuming (electricity), in the case of increasingly tight energy demand, the use of a variety of means to achieve building energy efficiency, is the inevitable choice.

Prescription:

Advantech has developed a fully WEB-based BEMS building energy management system based on international and domestic standards for building energy efficiency, which has been successfully applied to energy consumption monitoring systems in government office buildings and large public buildings in Henan Province.

Highlighted Benefits:

1. Establishment of a real-time energy consumption data collection system

Real-time data are saved in the energy consumption database of the energy management system, and managers at all levels can access the energy management system using a browser in their own offices.

2.Establishment of energy consumption data statistics and analysis system

Provide hour-by-hour, day-by-day, month-by-month, year-by-year statistical charts and text reports for each category and item of energy consumption data, as well as charts of all kinds of related energy consumption indicators.

3.Establishment of energy cost report

Calculate energy costs, form day-by-day, month-by-month, year-by-year energy cost reports for various energy management groups, and perform cost ranking to help identify the equipment units with the highest and lowest costs.

4. Establishment of energy discounting system

Establish an energy discounting system to enable consolidated comparisons of different energy sources.
