Project background:

West exit project of Zhengzhou Railway Station (including Zhengzhou west station house, elevated waiting room, access tunnel), of which the total area of west station house is 12000m². The total construction area of the elevated waiting room is 6200m², and the access tunnel is 2500m.

The system consists of central monitoring station, field controller, other monitoring subsystems (e.g. central air-conditioning monitoring subsystem, low-voltage substation intelligent monitoring subsystem, etc.), sensors, actuators and communication network.

The communication network consists of the central monitoring station management network and monitoring network, both of which adopt Ethernet and TCP/IP network protocols, and the management network and monitoring network can be seamlessly integrated, featuring simple structure, no intermediate conversion, high efficiency and high reliability.

The central monitoring station management network has a dual Ethernet structure. The monitoring network adopts comprehensive cabling technology, consisting of trunk network and work area networks. The trunk network adopts multi-mode optical cable to form a fibre-optic ring industrial Ethernet network with self-healing function, connecting the central monitoring station and the work area network distributed in the field. The relatively concentrated area of station house electromechanical equipment forms a regional monitoring network, which consists of industrial Ethernet switches, communication adapters, UPS, distribution frames, etc. The DDC, monitoring subsystems and intelligent controllers are accessed in the vicinity, and the monitoring subsystems can adopt field bus, such as the intelligent monitoring system of the substation adopts RS-485 bus.
