Project background

A design group was successfully listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange in 2014, which is the first listed company in the field of domestic architectural design. The design group's central China headquarters building, located in Wuhan Junshan New City, Hubei Province, has a total floor area of about 40,000 square metres and can accommodate more than 2,000 people after completion. The client wishes to build a low-carbon and energy-saving building and an intelligent management system, and the project aims to build a demonstration park in Wuhan Economic Development Zone to become the ‘Wuhan Design Capital’.

Prescription

Based on the automatic control system to achieve intelligent energy-saving operation of mechanical and electrical equipment in the building, the carbon management platform provides customers with detailed carbon data to achieve intelligent management;
