Project Background:

Data show that in the next few years, office buildings, flats, hotels, convention and exhibition centres and other large public buildings will increase dramatically, before 2020 China will add about 1 billion m ² of large public buildings. About 90% of China's large public buildings are typical of large energy-consuming (electricity), in the case of increasingly tight energy demand, the use of a variety of means to achieve building energy efficiency, is the inevitable choice.

Solution:

Adveco has developed a fully WEB-based BEMS building energy management system based on international and domestic standards for building energy efficiency, which has been successfully applied to energy consumption monitoring systems in government office buildings and large public buildings in Henan Province.

Highlighted Benefits:

1. Real-Time Energy Data Acquisition System
Real-time data is stored in the energy management system's database, allowing managers at all levels to access the system via browsers directly from their offices.

2. Energy Data Statistics and Analysis System
Generates statistical charts and text reports for categorized energy consumption data (hourly, daily, monthly, yearly) and visualizations of relevant energy efficiency indicators.

3. Energy Cost Reporting System
Calculates energy expenses, produces daily/monthly/annual cost reports per energy management group, conducts cost rankings, and identifies highest/lowest-cost equipment units.

4. Standardized Energy Conversion System
Establishes a unified energy conversion framework to enable comparative analysis across different energy sources.
