Sales Manager (5 persons) 

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the sales of building automation systems (BAS) and related products, and achieving the sales targets for oneself or the team. 

2. Develop and maintain agent and customer resources, and increase market share; 

3. Analyze industry trends, formulate market expansion strategies, and enhance brand influence; 

4. Coordinate the technical team to provide solutions for customers and facilitate the implementation of the project. 

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with a major in HVAC, Automation or related fields preferred; 

2. At least 3 years of sales experience in building automation, intelligent buildings or electrical engineering; candidates with client contacts will be given priority. 

3. Be familiar with the BAS system and industry standards; 

4. Possess strong customer development skills and communication negotiation abilities, with strong adaptability to pressure;

Solution (5 people) 

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for providing pre-sales, in-sales and after-sales technical support for the Building Automation System (BAS), including scheme design, product selection, and technical inquiries; 

2. Assist the sales team in conducting customer demand analysis, providing technical solutions and supporting bid documents; 

3. Resolve technical issues at the customer site, provide guidance on installation, commissioning and system optimization, and ensure the successful delivery of the project; 

4. Prepare product technical documents, operation manuals and training materials, and conduct technical training for customers or internal teams; 

5. Collect customer feedback and market technical requirements, and drive product improvement and upgrade. 

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Automation, Electrical Engineering, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) or related fields. 

2. At least 3 years of experience in technical support for building automation systems or in related fields; 

3. Proficient in building intelligentization/weak current systems, including but not limited to building automation systems and lighting control systems. Capable of independently completing technical solutions. 

4. Excellent learning and communication skills, strong sense of responsibility, and able to adapt to short-term business trips;
